Few options are available in Misasa if you wish to dine outside your ryokan/hotel. But fortunately, this address, located in the small central street called onsen-gaï, is a great surprise. The English-speaking chef Hiro, at the helm of the kitchen, is a passionate cook and you can feel it. He first worked in several hotels, then he chose Misasa. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the ingredients, most of which are grown by the chef himself, are exquisite. The cuisine adapts to the desires of the guests. A delight.
