Located about 1 km east of the old Udatsu district, on a hill, this old farm was once inhabited by a farming family, the Nagaoka. The house has been moved from its original location on the slopes of the Sanuki Mountains to the north. Built in 1735, it is a fine example of the region's simple and rudimentary traditional agricultural architecture. It was inscribed as a significant cultural property by the government in 1976.
