In a very successful setting recreating the typical U.S. south, delicious food from the Mississippi delta and an atmosphere at the same time. During the brunch, the room vibrates to the sound of a gospel group; At noon and in the evening, groups of various origins (rock'n'roll, jazz, country, swing and blues) settle on the stage. It is animated but warm.
