One of the oldest campsites built by Disney around its parks, popular comfort levels from tent to pitch
This campground is one of the oldest sites built by Disney around its parks. It has been completely renovated and very well equipped, in the heart of a vast wooded area. It offers several levels of comfort, from tents to RV sites. Among the services: grill available, baby-sitting, pets allowed, bus to the parks... in short a little paradise for the whole family. It is a good alternative to the more expensive resorts offered by Disney.

The cabin was dirty, the main dining place opened at 8am so you couldn't get stuff in your refillable mug unless you went to the pool which was down foe awhile and the wait for busses was crazy. I wouldn't stay there again.

The pool is not cold, kids had a great time swimming today. 3.30.2024. Clean as always.

Absolutely wonderful experience! We rented a golf cart which is an absolute must for getting around to see the entirety of the campground. Everything is so clean and well maintained. We can’t wait to come back!

The old cabins were a getaway. It was kind of an escape from reality. I am not sure this was a good decision to replace them. Sure tiny homes can be interesting, however my son and I are sad to see them go and we had hoped to experience them again in the future. Always jumping on the latest trend isn't always a good thing.
Staying onsite brought the standard perks: extra time in parks, lightning lane reservations in advance (3 at the time).
CG is spacious and pretty. Very widespread, it was recommended to get a golf cart but we decided too late. We didn’t move the van much - took buses to the parks and within the CG.
Bathhouse was decent but not as updated as you would expect for the price. Better than PA state parks? Definitely. Better than other CGs? Not even close. I’ve stayed at some CGs that were 1/4th to 1/6th the price with phenomenal bathhouses.
disney service is very good as one comes to expect.
4 stars due to the price. IIRC, it was approx $180/night. All onsite properties are outrageously priced, so relatively the CG was inexpensive. Don’t get me wrong, I understand that a disney vacation isn’t cheap regardless but $180/night for an asphalt pad and electric (not even FHU)…ok I get it, the convenience and the perks. But geez. Then again, what do you expect from a company that markets itself as for the people but prices themselves for the elite.
Overall, I had a good time but I do prefer to vacation elsewhere as I get much better bang for the buck elsewhere.
