The Vauban Museum is the ideal place to discover the history and architecture of the fortress of Neuf-Brisach, whose octagonal plan was chosen by Louis XIV. In 2 rooms, you can consult plans and drawings relating to the construction technique. The centerpiece is an admirable reproduction of the model of the Neuf-Brisach fortress, complete with audio commentary. A second room explores the history of the town from its creation to the Second World War, through collections of various objects. Small but instructive!

Très beau petit musée. Visite nécessaire pour bien comprendre l'histoire du site et de la ville (et se mettre au frais pendant ces temps de canicule).
Mapping sur maquette, vidéos, objets et expo sur Vauban. Tout y est.
Attention cependant, ils n'acceptent pas la carte de crédit. Venir avec du liquide.
