The Vauban Museum is the ideal place to discover the history and architecture of the fortress of Neuf-Brisach, whose octagonal plan was chosen by Louis XIV. In 2 rooms, you can consult plans and drawings relating to the construction technique. The centerpiece is an admirable reproduction of the model of the Neuf-Brisach fortress, complete with audio commentary. A second room explores the history of the town from its creation to the Second World War, through collections of various objects. Small but instructive!

Un PETIT musée mais qui a le mérite de ne pas se disperser. Vous y découvrirez l'histoire de la construction de la dernière œuvre du maître des fortifications, Neuf-Brisach avec une Belle maquette de la ville et un petit film bien fait et pas trop long.
