Enjoy an Aveyronnais meal in a typical buron (old stone barn) dating from 1840, outdoors with a sublime view of the Aubrac plateau, or indoors on large wooden tables shared with neighbors. The traditional aligot-saucisse is served directly to the table, from cauldron to plate (watch it being prepared at 12:30 p.m.). The menu also includes dessert and coffee, and you're free to bring your own appetizer. On-site sale of local beers, wines and soft drinks, as well as sausages.

Rien a dire sur le service.
Par contre ce n'est pas le meilleur aligo que nous avons mangé dans la région...
Reçu par des personnes extrêmement sympathique et agréable.
