For more than 15 years, 99 Sushi Bar has been a triumph in Spain, with 4 restaurants in Madrid and 1 in Barcelona, under the impetus of two brothers whose ambition was to offer avant-garde Japanese cuisine. The name is taken from the second location to open in Madrid, at 99 Hermosilla Street. Their first restaurant outside the Iberian Peninsula opened in the Arabian Peninsula in 2017. The decor is sober and elegant, and everything is delicious and fine, like the nigiri flambé, the bull tatami... In short, for us, this is the best Japanese restaurant in the capital.
