FOUQUET'S ABU DHABI

Fouquet's invites itself into this temple of art, under the dome of the Louvre Abu Dhabi, on the island of happiness. Once you enter, you will find all the codes of the Parisian brasserie... And then, there is this terrace which seems to float on the turquoise sea. A moment of rapture, of quietude, of serenity invades us. On the menu, it is also a nice surprise. Pierre Gagnaire, who no longer needs to be introduced, has signed this menu which focuses on traditional brasserie dishes. Everything is delicious and the service is perfect.
