AL FANAR
Tasty and traditional Emirati cuisine served in a restaurant designed as a museum in Yas Island Mall.
Conceived as a small museum of traditions aiming to reproduce the Emirati way of life of the 1960s, this restaurant abounds in black and white photos and objects from the old days, which adorned the houses before the oil crisis and the boom of modern vertical construction. Services in costume and that allows, beyond the conceptual approach a little commercial (but who cares since it works and the hospitality is real), to really grasp the Emirati cuisine as well as some snippets of a bygone daily life. No alcohol served on site.
