Come and live an unforgettable experience at the futuristic water park on Yas Island, which opens in early 2013 and covers an area the size of 15 football fields. Embark on one of the 43 rides, slides and attractions of all kinds, including five unique exclusives! There's something for all tastes and all ages. The park is very well organized, and schedule at least half a day that can be combined with Ferrari World. You can try the world's first tornado slide that can accommodate up to six people at the same time! With a length of 238 metres, it is the widest slide to be powered by hydromagnetic energy. For thrills, head to Bubble's Barrel and challenge three-metre-high waves on the world's largest surfable surface. Another attraction not to be missed is the Bandit Bomber, a 550-metre long roller coaster with integrated water jets and lasers. Located at the top of Jebel Dana, the park has as its symbol a gigantic pearl. With its eight meters in diameter, it is the most imposing element of the place. Yes, remember that before they were the kings of oil, the Emiratis were the kings of pearls and seasoned fishermen. Les burkinis cohabitent très bien avec les maillots de bain .
On peut louer ou acheter des serviettes de bain sur place.
On trouve aussi de quoi se restaurer et des boutiques de souvenirs sur place.
Mais LE truc qui pour moi a fait la différence, un de mes souvenirs les plus mémorables de mon séjour aux UAE ou dans les parcs d’attractions en général, c'est la plus haute vague à surf artificielle au monde... déjà, pour être honnête, je ne savais même pas que ce type d'attraction existait, mais même en comparant par la suite avec d'autres, celle-ci est vraiment la crème de la crème... je n'avais jamais fait de surf de ma vie, c'était l'occasion rêvée, avec deux niveaux, il faut commencer par la plus facile, ou un moniteur nous encadre et, s'il juge notre niveau suffisant, nous donne accès à la grande vague, accompagné alors d'un autre moniteur dédié. N'allez pas dans ce parc sans tenter !
