Paintings, photographs, sculptures and films are presented during the two-month festival.
The RAK Fine Arts Festival was established in 2019 by Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, ruler of the emirate and organised by the Al Qasimi Foundation. It takes place in the historic village of Al Jazira al-Hamra, but also in other more unusual locations such as the top of Jebel Jais. Paintings, photographs, sculptures, workshops and films are presented during the two months of the festival. The setting is enchanting and a good hundred works are presented.
