This 1.4 km long wild beach is a wonderful place for a picnic or to watch the sunset. It was once occupied by the Tanaij tribe, pearl fishermen who lived in the village of Rams, whose boats left for the pearl season from this island. Another curiosity during the winter is the pink lake located on the beach a little behind. This small natural basin, locally called sabkha, is fed by the tides and has a salinity level 4 times higher than that of the sea and favours the development of a red algae.
