Il Tirabusciò is located in the old town of Bibbiena. The Tuscan cuisine is in the spotlight here and it is unlikely that you will not be satisfied with the flavour and delicacy of the dishes offered. In addition to the excellent cold meats that appear as antipasti or the fresh ravioli with truffles, you can try one of the meat dishes (rabbit leg, stuffed pigeon breast, veal steak and roasted potatoes...) or fish (especially cod cooked at low temperature with creamy courgettes).
