The name covers several activities: a traditional restaurant with gourmet cuisine, a catering service and an 8-room apartment hotel. We love the restaurant's unique setting in a 1750 house with beams and terracotta floor tiles, enhanced by a pretty terrace. From the autumn menu, we picked out crab ravioli and roasted king prawns with thyme and red bell pepper coulis, followed by scallops with beurre blanc or poached guinea fowl breast with Financière sauce, before concluding with fig sablé and pear sorbet.
