This beautiful traditional quinta has been recognized as a historical monument and now welcomes visitors eager for authenticity. While it still has its livestock and orchard (a godsend for the organic breakfast and dinner that can be served), one is immersed here in the middle of nature, between land and sea, between the Sierra de Santa Bárbara and the lookouts that face the neighboring islands of São Jorge and Pico.
