Property and room were great. But after our stay has just been a long grueling effort to get a refund due to marriotts protocol with “walking” guests. It started out rocky and we managed to get an email confirmation that our stay was going to be fully reimbursed by a different hotel for our stay at the renaissance at the end of January. We have put many hours of our personal time doing the work that should be done by the hotel. Calling multiple times a week to be told “accounting is working on it.” Or “you should see the refund in 3-5 business days.” No refund. No communication. Never get a call back when we are told that we will get one. I’m exhausted dealing with this. I’ve spent at least 12 hours dealing with this of my own time over the last two months. TWO MONTHS. Now the manager, Brandon, who has been helping us for the past two months has not answered us in 5 days. We have been respectful over this period of time and we have gained nothing. Just disappointing. After fumbling our money like this I don’t think we will stay with Marriott again. Definitely not the renaissance.

I love this fabulous Renaissance location. Each time I come here is always a great stay . The facilities are kept very clean. They also gave me a nice upgrade to a huge room with a sitting area. They have multiple restaurants and pools on site. They also have a small waterpark area for kids. On Saturday there was even a DJ. They played games and prizes were given out to the winners. The location of this resort is excellent as it is literally walking distance from SeaWorld, so it would be a perfect place to stay if you want to go to the park. Be aware that there is a $45 per day resort fee. It is also close to the sand Lake and Dr. Phillip areas which have, the famous restaurant row (lots of fancy dining ). It is also located close to international Drive area. They also have a lot of nice spots for photo op and moments if you like to post for Contant on Instagram and Snapchat. We will definitely be back.

We had an incredible stay. Our reservation was split in two due to part of it being a work trip. Even though we were supposed to change rooms, the staff was very accommodating in keeping us in the same room. Everyone we came across was extremely friendly from the front desk to housekeeping staff and all restaurant staff as well.

We were also traveling with our two year old, who at one point lost his stuffed toy. The staff recognized the toy, and when they saw us again, they promptly reunited him with his stuffy.

Thank you for a wonderful experience. We look forward to our next stay. ????

Loved this hotel and the whole entire staff. Everyone was very inviting and helpful.

It’s a nice hotel especially for conferences. Rooms are large, clean, and adequate.

The female bartender at the sports bar inside the hotel needs to go. Terrible service, terrible attitude, and not a good fit for this establishment where many wonderful individuals treat you respectfully and welcome you.

This is a nice hotel.

There was an issue with my reservation and the staff handled it with kindness, flexibility, and care! Thanks to Pedro Ortiz for working through it with me!

The rooms are nice and the hotel environment is very comfortable with a lot of inside and outside space for connecting.

Loved the pool and play area. I especially loved the water slides!!!

It was a great conference space as well!!!

All staff are very friendly
As always rooms are very clean
We were there over Easter.
They did many games and egg hunts for children.
My husband and I are both smokers so we spent some time in the far corner away from other guests near the pet service area.
We want to thank whomever left all the Easter eggs for our little girl to find????
As the eggs were nowhere near the actual designated hunts.
And we had not seen any other children in that area for 4 days and nights.
Therefore we assumed they must be for her.
She was so very happy and excited to find all of those eggs.
It really made our trip special.
We will be back again.
And of course we Love the pool.
The gift shop a bit pricey. However many nice gifts for family and friends.
Restaurants on site really don't cater to children for choices in food. However adults will enjoy meals.
If you want a delicious frozen drink you must order at the pool bar.
Morning breakfasts were very delicious and an assortment of good things to eat.
Children will love having breakfast at the buffet so much to choose from????
5 Stars all the way...

I recently had the pleasure of staying five days at this hotel, and I must say, it's truly beautiful with great amenities tailored for families looking to spend quality time together—one of the few hotels where you can enjoy pool & hot tub until midnight. The proximity to Seaworld, just a 5-minute walk away, is a big plus!
The dining experience was remarkable across all the restaurants, but the standout for me was at the Mist Wine Bar & Restaurant. The roasted mojo chicken and the grilled salmon served with a delicious eggplant puree were divine, you'll find yourself scraping the plate clean! Try to get Nick as your server his service is great.

However, I have to note one downside that prevented me from giving a five-star rating. Despite the hotel not being crowded, as we arrived on a Tuesday, we were disappointed by the unavailability of a microwave in our room. Staying on the 10th floor, it was quite inconvenient to travel down to the first floor just to warm up milk for our little girl.Aside from this hiccup, our stay was enjoyable, and we had a good time. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, with the caveat of checking the availability of in-room amenities like a microwave.

If you're a Marriott BonVoy member, take advantage of late check-out at 2 pm.

In general, apart from it’s a spacious room, it was an unpleasant stay because of the following reasons:
1) Before I booked your hotel, I have called your hotel to check if there’s kettle in the room or to borrow from the hotel as booking hot water is essential reason for me to choose the right hotel! Your staff told me there’s no kettle in room but then we can borrow the kettle from hotel! Or we can asked for hot water, the hotel will bring up in our room. At the end when we arrived, upon check in, I have asked the front desk for borrowing the kettle! He told me that there’s no such services!! Meaning the one who answered my call earlier on was lying! Thereafter we asked for hot water to bring up to the room, they told me there’s no such service as well!!! I was so disappointed and mad as both are fake claims!! The front desk guy told me he could go to the kitchen and gave us some hot water to fill up our own vacuum bottles first. Will try to arrange more hot water to bring up later. It took them 2 hours to bring up until 2am! It’s ridiculous!!!!
(2) Whenever I called room services, no matter for requesting hot water , slippers in the following days, it always takes them at least 1-3 hours to bring to my room!! I called to complain but then at the end, they never picked up my call! I need to walk down by myself to ask for any room services in the next few days! I have to finally buy a kettle and water from Amazon Fresh to settle this ridiculous situation! I had never got such an experience before in any of the hotel even only 3 stars from my 20 years plus worldwide travel in the past!

For sure won’t choose this hotel ever again! I do not recommend anyone who is looking for efficient and efficient room services to book this hotel ever!

This is by far the worst resort I’ve stayed at in Orlando being a Florida resident. I’ve never been to a resort that didn’t have microwaves in the rooms or at least get on sent up to your room. The room was spacious enough to fit a lot of things in it. First of all upon arriving to the resort they had the worst valet I’ve ever encounter being that we were checking in these men were so rushy they didn’t even give us a chance to check in telling us we had to hurry and move our vehicles mind you we had to park our vehicle in self parking which you had to have an keycard to access the parking lot. I’m sure if we had men traveling with us the situation would’ve been handled way better. Secondly they charge a resort fee which it didn’t say anything like that on the website so it was kinda odd how they charge for parking and the resort fee. Then upon leaving the resort we ask for the cart because we needed to get our luggage down due to them not having enough employees on duty to bring one to the room but it’s odd because they were rushing us out for the check out but when we asked for it , it wasn’t really pleasant. Then we had to go get a cart so we asked if we could leave the vehicle so we could get our luggage down these nasty people threatened to call security because I wouldn’t give up my keys so they could charge me for valet when I wasn’t even using it. When I say do not stay here unless you want to get treated any kind of way and rushed out , I’m sure they won’t be in business long the rooms aren’t even up to date plus the bathrooms has rust around the tubs and the toilet flush so slow like it’s backed up! I honestly don't believe they change the air filters because it doesn’t get as cool during the night. The walls are too thin for people who have to be up early or for those who go to be late. I shouldn’t have to hear the doors slamming so hard , somebody beating on the walls or talking. Just a very tacky place to have in Florida especially for it to be apart of seaworld I’m disappointed. Will be telling any and everybody not to spend over a thousand dollars to stay at this place!

Rooms are from the 80s, restaurant staff bussed my table while I was getting seconds from the buffet. This hotel is a mess.

I just had one of the worst stays in Orlando at this hotel. The hotel was beyond dirty and the service (over the Marriott app) was subpar. Avoid staying here if you're on a business trip.

First, let me start off with the one positive - the service staff when you meet them in person are very response. However, they did not respond to my many messages on the Marriott app when I repeatedly requested a cleaning service for the unclean room and some basic supplies (like water and toothpaste).

I think it is safe to say that all of expect a base standard of cleanliness from the Marriott brand, let alone a 4 star hotel. You can see my photos that this hotel did not even come remotely close to any form of cleanliness. The bathroom was disgusting and I literally had to sleep on towels I got from home, because of the condition of the sheets. The room was musty and had no sound proofing from the noise in the downstairs lobby. The blinds did not close all the way and the light from the lobby was pouring into my room. I had to leave the hotel the next day (of my planned 3 night stay) because of the subpar conditions of this hotel.

Once again, I would absolutely avoid staying at this hotel if possible.

Very uncomfortable beds, you have to pay $19 a day for the internet, $36 a day for parking. It was extremely loud all night. Kids yelling/screaming and everything echos due to the height of the ceilings. The front desk wasn't very friendly. Everything was way overpriced! A tiny bottle of Tylenol, toothbrush, and a Starbucks Frappuccino- $27.

Came here on a day trip with Resort Pass to have a little fun in the sun. Great prices, we were able get the whole family in for a great price. The food was amazing, the pool was heated the only thing I wished for if the kid area was also heated but nevertheless we had a great time. Staff was amazing and very helpful especially Pedro will definitely come again!

Right across the street from Sea World and close to all the other major parks. The rooms are clean and relative updated. It’s a great property for a corporate event or a group tour.

Hotel was amazing. No complaints however my 3 year old came down the slide,he stood up and his hands were sliced. He is only 3 so couldn't really tell me what happened

Absolutely the best service that we have received at a hotel. We stayed here to go to Animal Kingdom, because we wanted to explore a little around central Orlando as well. This location is absolutely convenient if you want to walk on over to SeaWorld. We will absolutely stay here when we go to SeaWorld.

We just so happen to talk with the front desk and mentioned that it was out wedding anniversary with no expectations. The front desk rep, Htet I think was his name, sprinkled us with all kinds of love. We came back to our room with wonderful gifts and treats. It was very unexpected.

The lobby area is very open and spacious. The kiddo had so much room to run around and play. The furniture were not pointed and dangerous for toddlers to be around. We've had a few accidents at other hotels that had sharp corners on desks and furniture.

The pool area was great for the toddler to swim. There's a full pool, hot tub, and toddler water park. The kiddo used it all with glee. The staff were wonderful, valet and bellhop were great, and best of all, there were legitimate EV chargers next to the check-in.

Thank you for a memorable time!

Enjoyed attending a conference here (local, didn’t stay in the hotel)… food and experience were excellent.

A academia é boa, restaurante mediano, bar ruim… Não indico e não volto, não vale o dinheiro pago por um hotel normal e atendimento ruim.
