Hotel in a beautiful complex facing SeaWorld with Hilton standard rooms, two swimming pools, restaurant and café
A beautiful complex located just across the street from SeaWorld, and therefore within walking distance. The rooms, which meet Hilton standards and are equipped with microwave and refrigerator, guarantee a certain independence during your stay compared to a traditional hotel. This large hotel has two large swimming pools, a small convenience store, a restaurant and a café for your breakfasts and sandwiches. The staff is very helpful.

This place is extremely outdated and hardly even deserves to be called a resort, as it falls far short of being a proper hotel. There are absolutely no amenities available, except for an overpriced mini store that only accepts credit cards and inconveniently closes early. The management insists on kicking guests out of their rooms by 10 am sharp and refuses to offer any late check-out options.
To make matters worse, they do not provide any shuttle services whatsoever, and their supposed discounts for nearby amusement parks are actually more expensive than purchasing tickets online directly from the parks themselves. The only positive aspect of this place is that they offer free parking for their guests.
I had the misfortune of visiting this resort due to a promotional offer, but it entailed enduring a three-hour sales pitch where they tried to sell me a time-share-like arrangement. After this experience, there is absolutely no way I would ever consider staying at this place again.
This establishment falls far short of the renowned Hilton quality standards; the name itself is the only aspect it shares with the esteemed Hilton brand.

One bedroom with king size bed. Bathtub, shower, two vanity sinks, washer dryer, TV in bedroom, larg sofa and full working Kitchen the only bad thing is the water tastes like skeptic swamp water no joke. Bring bottle water ????.

I am writing about an experience with Hilton Grande Vacations Marketing and Sales. When we checked in a sales representative asked my parents if they wanted to attend a sales presentation. My husband and I were already scheduled for one. I brought my parents along to be our sitter while we attended the sales presentation which was early in the morning. The sales guy named Carlos kept pressuring them and offered them a giftcard to seal the deal. They agreed to go and I had to wake up my 3 kids early to attend with all of us. We went to the presentation which was over 3 1/2 hours long (was only supposed to be 90 minutes). When we checked out to get our incentives they had no record of the offer of Carlos even offering them the incentive or a reservation for them. They spent their precious vacation time and we lost our babysitter for nothing. If you are offered anything upon check in don’t take it. The representative obviously got his little credit for offering it to my parents and did not properly input the information to the company. I’m shocked because this was a Hilton Brand. I would not trust this brand due to this incident.

Pool is incredible we can stay all day here
Market place is big xoffe and breakfast is good I didn't try anything else but people talk really good about the pizza.
Just a couple big BUT...
There's not a door in the shower so I have to use a towel to stop the water coming out
There's a big construction is pretty quit but nobody warning you about it
And front desk lady was nice but she talk to fast and feels like she want to finish with you as soon is possible, but nobody was on line behind me maybe because I was late around 8pm.
Housekeeping service is marvelous!!
Ask for missing sheets for the sleeper couple minutes and they were in my door I forgot to ask for towels and again couple minutes and they back my wife says they were really nice
