DOQUET-JEANMAIRE CHAMPAGNE
Pascal Doquet, from a family of wine growers, has been involved in the field since 1995, and has been a student and market producer. It operates a vineyard of 16 ha spread over the majority of whites, including the Mesnil-sur-Oger (great cru) and the Mont-Aimé (first cru), as well as in the region of Epernay and Vitry-le-François. These vines, encépagées to 99% of Chardonnay and 1% of Pinot Noir, are aged 6 to 70 and worked in reasoned viticulture. A visit to the farm allows you to discover modern premises, a pneumatic press and an air-conditioned cellar. The Doquet-Jeanmaire champagne is a beautiful range of vintages:
