All planted in first cru Virtues, the vineyards of the Fourny family are worked with the greatest care by Emmanuel and Charles-Henry, the two sons of the house, to offer a quality champagne, worthy of this beautiful land of the White Riviera. The know-how of the two winemakers allows the development of solid and high-level vintages. The Grande Réserve Brut Vertus Vertus First Cru comes from an assembly of first raw and pinot noir, harvested by hand. Preserved in small oak containers, reserve wines are added to bring complexity and balance, for a fresh and fruity champagne. Pile assembly and different crops, White White is the result of a very nice work. This 100% chardonnay is characterized by its bold, fruity (citrus, peach) and minéralité. The "R" of Widow Fourny Extra Gross is part of the confidential collection of the house, in homage to René, the founder of the house. This champagne is a success for four years. With a dominante assemblage, wine expresses itself with fruit, biscuit and great minéralité.
