La fleur de Sel is the gourmet restaurant created by Willy and Edwin, two young restaurant entrepreneurs. Willy Lardry, a veteran of fine regional restaurants, reveals his talents with gastronomic cuisine right from the market menu. Graphically precise dishes, bold flavors - great art. The uncluttered decor blends shades of black and deep green with the warmth of wood. Originality extends to the unconventional, hand-crafted tableware. We appreciate the very affordable prices of the lunch menus and the youthfulness of the team.

Opening time and information on LA FLEUR DE SEL
Opening end of April. Open Thursday to Monday for lunch and dinner. Reservations recommended. Menus from €39 to €89 (2 to 7 courses + à la carte). Children's menu: €14. Lunch menu: €22 (2 courses, €27 3 courses, Thursday, Friday and Monday lunchtimes).

J'ai été émerveillé par le cadre feutré de la Salle de Restaurant dans laquelle vous dégustez des Plats sublimes, originaux et d'une saveur inouïe, le tout dans une ambiance cosy baignée d'une musique subtile.
