Although the history of this microbrewery goes back more than a decade, it's only since 2012 that it has occupied its new purpose-built building. Its most iconic beers are Ghost in the Machine (a Double IPA we love), Canebrake (a wheat beer) and Envie (a Pale Ale). But almost every style of beer is brewed here, from Pilsner to Berliner Weisse, not to mention Dream Coffee Roasters Stout and English Barley Wine. However, sour beers and IPA's are the most represented.
