BAYOU RUM

With all that sugar cane, why shouldn't we make our own rum? That's exactly the question that Trey Litel, a native of Lake Charles, asked himself when he started the distillery, which is considered to be the largest in the United States to preserve traditional methods. The building looks period: in reality, the bricks, beams, etc., are period but come from different locations. The store offers rum and its alligator logo in all its forms, notably in soft pouches to slip into a jacket and go fishing with it!
