The Drossia bakery and cafe, which has been located in the central square for decades, is a popular destination in the village: people come here for the savory puff pastries (filled with cheese, spinach, vegetables) and the tomato/olive rolls that can be eaten on the go all day. Ideal to take away to break the crust on the beach. Another specialty of the place: rizogallo, rice pudding with cinnamon. To accompany a coffee, an orange juice or an ouzo on the shady tables of the Drossia café, center of the local sociability under the big plane tree.
