LA ROUTE DU SUD

Beyond Kampi, the road leads to the most beautiful beaches and coves of the island, which are not developed. After Kampi, a fork in the road marked Elidaki leads to two beautiful beaches: on the right, Elidaki, which opens onto Thymena, and on the left, Petrokopio and its marble quarry, where you can still see ancient remains on the shore. The road continues on to the forks for the beautiful beaches of Vitsila (shaded) and Vlichada. At the end of the main road is the hamlet of Agios Ioannis Thermastis with its church where a refreshing spring flows.
