Place of reception and accommodation for the cyclists of the Ciclovia Alpe Adria.

The old railway station of Chiusaforte has been refurbished as a place of welcome and accommodation for cyclists of the Ciclovia Alpe Adria, a soft route that connects Salzburg to Grado and that uses a disused railway line between Tarvisio and Resiutta. Very friendly, the structure is also open to all, the bar-restaurant is frequented by locals and people passing through, and there is tourist information and free wifi on site. Bike repair service with spare parts.

Posizione invidiabile lungo la ciclovia, personale gentile, sorridente e disponibile nonostante la massiccia presenza di una scolaresca e di un gruppo di cicloturisti austriaci e.....panino stratosferico col salame affumicato! Da ritornare assolutamente.

Cycling heaven! We arrived quite late, around 9pm and were greeted by a very nice waitress who spoke Czech. We really didn't expect that! We were given excellent beer, and permission to sleep on the meadow right in front of the place. In addition, free showers and toilets were available. In the morning we enjoyed a very good, sweet breakfast, good quality coffee. It couldn't have been better. At least six stars out of five and milou servírku zdravíme.????
