LAGHI DI FUSINE

These two lakes of glacial origin are located in the hollow of a limestone cirque formed by the Mangart massifs. It is a magnificent sight to see the majestic mountains reflected in the transparent waters! You can walk around the lakes in about two hours following an easy path, then have a drink on the terrace of the refreshment bar or sit down at the Capanna Edelweiss to enjoy a traditional dish (the Edelweiss also rents rooms: albergo-edelweiss.com). Another path allows you to reach the Luigi Zacchi refuge in 1h30.
