Perfetto, nuovissimo resort con tutti i confort possibili dove un italiano non può essere deluso dall'ottima cucina.

Good hotel but does not have the amenities of a 5 star resort.
The management and organisation is very unusual for a RIU.
Hotel is very isolated (first village is located 9km away), absolutely nothing around.
Service is average (some staff at bars/restaurants are good and some are not bothered, however amazing staff at the spa and reception).
Food is really poor quality and very repetitive (both a la carte restaurants are serving exactly the same food served at the buffet restaurant)
Entertainment is ok (some evening shows are good)
The beach is great but there are many pieces of plastics, clothing and shoes which can put many people off.
Great spacious rooms, cleaning is ok.
Good massage at the spa.
Fun waterpark
As mentioned previously , bring cash (first ATM is 9km away and only accepts VISA card).
This hotel would suit you if you just want to relax for a week and don’t expect too much during your stay.

Très bel hôtel personnel super gentil et accueillant! Chambre spacieuse ! Pour manger tout est bon. Plage nettoyée heureusement! Car bcp de déchets plastiques rejettes par l océan. Les algues c est normal. Super important venez avec du cash car impossible de retirer de l argent à l hotel ! Pour par ex acheter aux locaux ou pourboires. Banque village à côté mais n accepte pas les Master cards mais bien visa. Sinon faut se taper Mbour pour pouvoir retirer de l argent avec la Master card. Donc venez avec du cash et vous pouvez l échanger à l hôtel. Depuis 1 semaine la plage s est améliorée car un nouveau boss est arrivé ! Nous avons passé un très bon sejour!

If you are looking for a luxury resort don't waste your time. If you are looking for a place where you can relax don't waste your time. The property is really beautiful but very poorly managed. The rooms are dirty there are ants everywhere. Also, the air conditioners don't work. I have been awake for almost two days now because my room is too hot to sleep. I have spoken with everyone possible including the assistant manager of the hotel, seen at least 20 technicians (in my room) this is no exaggeration only to remain stuck in a hot room. This has by far been the worst resort/hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff don't seem to have problem solving skills. I've literally been to the front desk at least 10 times. Finally, on the second night I was switched to a different room on the same corridor. Guess what?? Still no air conditioning! I've never been so ready to go home from vacation in my life. The assistant manager sent a fruit tray and offered a late checkout as reimbursement for this horrible stay. It was a kind gesture but who would want to stay any longer in a hot room with ants?
I am really shocked this resort had a 4.3 rating. It's not a true representation. Don't waste your time or your money.
