Here, along Bayou Lafourche, you'll stay in a beautiful home, built in 1860 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Built by a Frenchman, Pierre Joseph Claudet, René's great-great-grandfather, the house is named after his native village in France, and was renovated by René and his wife Barbara in 1978. The family home has 2 double bedrooms and a magnificent garden adorned with a century-old oak tree.
