Located in the heart of the Hilton Salwa, this restaurant of fine Italian cuisine has beautiful volumes under the ceiling and a contemporary decoration planted with olive trees, very warm. On the menu, one can be tempted by beautiful specialties from the Botte, especially from Tuscany, such as an osso bucco and its saffron risotto. A wood-fired pizza oven bakes thin Roman-style cakes with carefully selected ingredients, while the menu also offers a wide selection of homemade pastas and refreshing salads.
