REYHANA
Reyhana's chef explores the flavors that run through the Arab world, with a delicate array of spices. The menu blends influences from the Mediterranean to Saudi Arabia. Moutabbal sprinkled with pomegranate seeds or pressed beef with reduced meat juices, the creations are subtle and the cooking perfect. Light, fresh cocktails are a welcome alternative to alcohol. The restaurant reflects the hotel's image: very busy. Stucco, wood panelling, coffered ceilings, colonnades, gilding and hangings are a feast for the eyes.
