استقبال جميل ومكان رائع جداً والموظف حسين علي استقباله مميز وجميل اشكره صنع يومي لكن الشطاف الخاص بدورة المياه خربان في الفندق وطلبته تصليحه ولم يحضر الفني

المكان والموقع جميل جداً وعلى كورنيش جدة
ولاكن تعامل الموظفين خاصتاً اللي ينظمون السيارات يحتاجون الى تدريب على الخدمة السريعة وطريقة التعامل مع العملاء بخصوص صف السيارات

افضل مكان مريح للسكن فعلاً من غير استقبال الموظفين وتعاملهم كان في قمه الرقي والاخلاق ، الفندق من اكثر الفنادق العالميه المشهور بجميع المدن الي بالمملكه العربيه السعوديه وفعلا يشهد العالم على تطوراته وتغيراته المميزه عن كل الفنادق

MY CLINIC 2024 iftar celebrated at this hotel 3 weeks ago and i can say that it was a really nice place to accomodate a company's special occasions. Appreciates workers dedication to work with respect among us. Foods is warm when served , tables were decorated well. Amused with chandeliers and designs.. over all , hilton is a very good place to stay with families and friends though we havent stay overnight, I can say u will enjoy your stay here with welcoming and friendly staffs. ❤❤❤

Incompetent staff at reception, they have no idea about the events happening at the hotel and make you wait on the phone for an hour while they pass you around to other staff with no clue. Shame calling it a 5 star hotel.

السلام عليكم ورحمه الله وبركاته
الفندق جميل مضهراً ولكن قديم جداً من حيث الغرف والافياش واللمبات وذي الاشياء
الخدمه بطيئه جداً جداً الاسلوب حلو بس بطيئين
الاسعار حقت الاكل مبالغ فيها جدا جدا جدا سلامات يعني؟ ماقدرنا نطلب اكل منهم
والفطور والاكل حقهم قليل ومن مره ذاك الطعم وطعم ومع ذلك برضو غالي الشخص بميتين وعليها!!
اخيراً الاقامه ماحبيتها بس الشي الحلو فيه والحلو النت قوي وفكل مكان افضل شيواتمنا كل الاماكن كذا كمان
والاطلاله على البحر جميله برضو فقط هذا الشيئين الجميله فيه فقط وشكراً وصلو علنبي اللهم صلي وسلم على سيدنا محمد وعلى اله وصحبه وسلم اجمعين
