The Accor chain's luxury brand is investing in Jeddah with a hotel and hotel residence. They occupy two towers facing the Red Sea, on the city's northern Corniche, in the highly select Al Zahra district. The hotel residence occupies a 48-storey tower and offers refined apartments with a minimum surface area of 375 m². The hotel occupying the neighboring 26-storey tower is still under construction. It will comprise 182 rooms and three dining areas, including a French restaurant with Mediterranean accents. Opening scheduled for late 2024.
