This museum, from a private collection, is quite exceptional. Dedicated to Islamic arts, it is housed on the4th floor of the Djeddah Park shopping mall. On display are ancient objects and artifacts brought by pilgrims to Mecca, Djeddah being the main point of entry to the holy city. Foreign coins, ancient Korans, richly embroidered kiswas, ceramics, incense burners, writing implements, old photos... An English audio guide is provided.
