There was a time when the AlAhsa Grand Hotel was the best in town, the most luxurious. The development of the city's hotels has changed all that. It now looks a little old-fashioned compared with its competitors. The general style and furnishings are frankly out of fashion and should appeal to a few nostalgic Saudis. Nonetheless, comfort is assured with large, recently refurbished rooms. The hotel also offers a wide range of services, including a billiard table, indoor pool and gym.
