Set against the backdrop of Al Qarah mountain, the potter's workshop is a must-see when visiting Al Hofuf. The potter prepares his clay himself, soaking the raw clay for a week before kneading it with his feet to feel every flaw. The clay is then dried and mixed with white sand, which gives his work its beautiful raw color. From the large kiln to the gourd that keeps the water fresh, the potter perpetuates the tradition of everyday objects. They are sold in the boutique at very reasonable prices.
