Aya Sofya is a famous establishment in the city, for its neat setting, its 1950s inspired furniture, its varied and pleasant cuisine. It also attracts the crowds for its truculent boss, a John Wayne in the oriental style. The menu mixes Turkish, Mexican and American specialties at every meal. If you feel like a muesli with fresh fruit, you can have it in the "Kid's breakfast". The burgers are generous, the tacos crunchy, the meats grilled to perfection. And as the owner is Turkish, you can have a baklava for dessert.
