Aya Sofya is a famous establishment in the city, for its neat setting, its 1950s inspired furniture, its varied and pleasant cuisine. It also attracts the crowds for its truculent boss, a John Wayne in the oriental style. The menu mixes Turkish, Mexican and American specialties at every meal. If you feel like a muesli with fresh fruit, you can have it in the "Kid's breakfast". The burgers are generous, the tacos crunchy, the meats grilled to perfection.
