MARAYA SOCIAL

The Maraya Social restaurant is located on the roof of the concert hall. Having a table there is therefore a very good excuse to admire the building and the Ashar mountains reflected in it. The menu, signed by Michelin-starred chef Jason Atherton, is another reason to indulge. The cuisine is light and inspired. It draws on a European repertoire tinged with Arabian accents. The chef is careful to use local produce wherever possible, as with this beet with smoked goat's cheese and AlUla orange jelly, or the date pudding.
