Those familiar with the Wadi Rum desert in Jordan will not be disoriented here. You'll find the same tents stretched in gray wool, lined up like soldiers on parade along a paved path. The interiors are different, either vermilion red with ethnic patterned hangings, or beige with 70's arabesques. All comforts are provided, including air-conditioning, a small lounge and a bathtub with massage jets... Sandwiched between beautiful pink sandstone mountains, the valley is carpeted with lawns.
