BURAYDHA MUSEUM
This museum, a replica of a palace, highlights the cultural and folkloric heritage of Buraydah and the province of Al Qassim.
This replica of a Najd palace dominates Buraydah's central crossroads. A huge white Cadillac, once owned by King Abdulaziz himself, sits in the entrance hall. Allow an hour to wander through the various rooms, which highlight the cultural and folkloric heritage of Buraydah and the province of Al Qassim. The museography is well thought-out and the collections are well displayed. One section is dedicated to King Abdulaziz, the founder of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a collection of objects that once belonged to him.
