The extensive slots and sympathy of the team quickly made Phoenix one of the favorite addresses of the Mâconnais. The card changes every season, including calabrese salad, burgers and charolaise tender. Side serve, taste the homemade nougat or the Paris Brest revisited. At lunchtime and in the evening, the brasserie is full. Inside, we are a little bit in the dark, but the atmosphere remains warm. Outside, during the beautiful days, the Phoenix spreads its large terrace facing the Bar Square and can accommodate up to 70 people all day.
