QUZU

Quzu is a small restaurant chain, popular in the cities of northeast Saudi Arabia. It has branches in Hail and Sakaka. In Arabic, quzu means "lamb". You can enjoy it as a kebab, which is minced meat skewered and flavored with fresh herbs and spices. The establishment also offers the inevitable chicken dishes served with rice.
