Quzu is a small restaurant chain, popular in the cities of northeast Saudi Arabia. It has branches in Hail and Sakaka. In Arabic, quzu means "lamb". You can enjoy it as a kebab, which is minced meat skewered and flavored with fresh herbs and spices. The establishment also offers the inevitable chicken dishes served with rice. Chicken mandi, chicken maqlouba (upside down), chicken zurbia, chicken madghoot, chicken madbi: the variations seem endless and you will be able to appreciate all the nuances.
