If you are looking for total immersion, for the "experience" of a real Sardinian dinner with your family, go no further! Three generations at the table sitting next to you (and without fuss) will make you discover the real mountain gastronomy. This concept of table d'hôtes "in its juice" seduced us... and what victuals on the table! Everything was excellent, ultra local and more than copious. We love this family who is banking on agritourism to bring their village out of its torpor and share a way of life. Bravo !
