RESTORAN VRELO BORAK

This popular restaurant is located in an idyllic setting, surrounded by greenery, on the banks of the Lištica river and next to the Borak spring. Despite the crowds, the cuisine is quite good, with traditional dishes such as Herzegovinian uštipci (elongated fritters served with ham and cheese), pura (corn puree), melting veal, soups, mezzes, some nice beef dishes as well as fish and seafood. In Široki Brijeg the same owner has the Hotel Park, the best accommodation in town, comfortable but sometimes noisy in the evening.
