This half-ruined fortress (Tvrđava Drakuljica/Тврђава Дракуљица) offers a beautiful view of Lake Bileća. It was erected in the early Austro-Hungarian period, around 1880, along with seven other forts and observation posts around Bileća to guard the border with the Kingdom of Montenegro. Used as a prison labor camp by the Yugoslav socialist regime, it was to be converted into a luxury hotel in 2015. The project failed and a glue and adhesive factory of the German Henkel Group has since been established below.
