KUPREŠKA KUĆA

Located at the foot of Mount Stožer (1,761 meters above sea level) and one of the three small ski resorts in Kupres, this restaurant is very cozy with its wooden interior. It serves good traditional dishes: uštipci with kajmak and/or raw ham, polenta purée(kacamak) with cream and Livno cheese, stuffed cabbage(jabrak), etc. For meats and very good bureks ispod sača ("cooked under the bell"), it is necessary to reserve the day before. On weekends, when there are musical evenings, the place can become very noisy and smoky.
