Elling Halvorson came to the Grand Canyon in 1963 to help build the pipeline to supply water to the South Rim. He has since founded several companies in the area and opened this restaurant in 2013. The Big E is a place where people like to meet for a drink or a traditional meal with the inevitable steaks, all in a frenetic cowboy atmosphere. In the evening, the establishment regularly offers shows and entertainment.

Bonne ambiance, délicieuse cuisine, service impeccable… Ce resto au Grand Canyon National Park a tout pour plaire. J'ai adoré.
