Morimoto is the great gamble of bringing the signature Japanese flavors of a great chef to the doorstep of Morocco's Deep South. We can't help but be delighted by this proposal, especially given the public's enthusiasm for this cuisine from another world. The Fairmont Hotel in Taghazout, quite spectacular by the way, is the place to go for a feast in chic surroundings. It's hard to choose between tempura, miso lobster soup, toban yaki seafood, maki and sashimi, not to mention the robata grill selection. A moment of refinement and sharing.
