One of the most spectacular waterfalls in the world, where the Chalakudy River flows 25 m high and over 100 m wide, a must-see

The Athirappally Falls are undoubtedly the most spectacular falls in Kerala. The Chalakudy River pours down here from a height of 25 meters and a width of a hundred meters, then continues its frantic race towards the Ernakulam district. The path leading to the waterfalls is populated with mischievous monkeys that will try to steal your food. Two possibilities are then offered to you: a view at the top of the falls and one below. Better to finish by the one at the top: the view on the valley is splendid.
