This art museum is housed in the ruins of an old copper refinery, bringing it back to life. The idea of the museum was to use an existing place to make it become something else. It features works by Japanese artist Yukinori Yanagi, enhanced by the architecture of Hiroshi Sambuichi. The project truly embraces the concept of a recycling society by focusing on industrial heritage, architecture, art and the environment.
